Threw together a one person coq-au-vin in the tiny Le Cruset and put it in the toaster oven. In an hour when it cooks down a bit I may put a crust on it, no fricking twigs and berries for me!

And it was very good but actually a 2 person dish. Leftovers it is!
edit: Changed my mind and ate it all - so sue me. :-)

Are you single? I'm thinking I might go gay and move to Regina.

Single but not going to go gay (not that there's anything wrong with that). There may be an emotional roller-coaster joke here but I'm too lazy to look. If you want to jazz up the cooking in camp maybe you could send a wish list to Old Fashioned Foods and get a bundle of spices mailed up (that's where I get most of mine).

OK, let's agree not to go gay but perhaps we could just be like Eric & Ernie. You can cook and I'll set the table. I can make nice fan shapes out of napkins.

Are you not even mildly concerned about the potentially constant stream of odoriferous, stale, bum air from Mr. Caretaker's cabbage farts?

Captive manatees are often fed a strict diet of cabbages. They can really empty a room when they let rip. I imagine Caretaker's house has a permanent smell of manatee guff. And cat.

Monkey see monkey do. In my absence they moved the taco stand to within 100 yds of our trailer; as long as I don't get too pissed to cross the highway without getting hit I don't see a down side.

Bit slow on the responding, but looks like a great taco stand, and bargain prices too!

Also a on the chicken skewers. You eat well !
