The only change we made was to omit the "served with orzo" because we had an aubergine that needed to be used, so I grilled slices of aubergine on the BBQ and then spooned the meatballs over them. Delicious!
That looks great! They spelled ouzo wrong.

The secret about chocolate and alcohol is, don't eat too much chocolate or you will become fat. And nobody likes middle-aged fat people. They smell like Fiery Fred Trueman or damp slippers that Terry from Terry and June would have worn.

Caretaker might be interested in this... last night I saw an episode of "John Torode's Korean Food Tour" which brought back some very happy memories and got me slavering. On investigation, it's actually a 10-episode series from 2017 where he tries popular Korean dishes and then shows you how to recreate them. I'll definitely being trying some of them whenever I can get the necessary ingredients.

My youtube search for John Torode Korea brought on 50 results so I assume the first 10 will be that series. I'll check it out, thanks!

Two chicken tacos with salsa fresca, and now a beer. I calculated the proportions of ingredients perfectly; just so the juice ran over the back of my hand.

For the second time in just over a week, I had a steak. Med-rare with mushrooms, gravy, chips and peas. Same thing happened as the first time. When I'd eaten I sat in front of the empty plate in a stupor for half an hour before getting up to clear the table. If I was the enemy, that is when I would choose to attack. Only meal of the day but it really hit bottom.

If you were the enemy, presumably you'd be staking the place out before attacking.
