Post #11 was addressed by you in a round-about way by referring to the McPherson Report. It's well over 7yrs since that was published, the Amnesty link you provided is a press release from years ago too. Neither response really answers Steve's not unreasonable question as to how you know that a "typical policeman (is) a small-minded racist who makes up for his own inadequacies by excessive use of violence" to be true. I don't believe that this is a wholly accurate summary of the McPherson document.

Your post suggested personal knowledge/experience. His question asked you to justify your response. We ended up with URL's for nearly decade old reports. Seems you glossed over stuff to me.
