Do you think that tree is kept artificially warm due to an exhaust or a vent from a nearby building ? or heat coming off the nearby building somehow. I've seen trees in Ottawa near buildings like that retain their leaves a lot longer than other trees in the autumn.

Decades ago my sister bought one 'and nobody told her to take the lid off' the effect to the kitchen was amazing!

The pies or the pudding version?
The pies are around $10, depending on how many you get. The St Hubert ones (no kidney) are about $9 full price in the supermarkets here - albeit bigger - but my memory of the Fray Bentos ones is they are so much better and I've not had S&K pie since 2004 or earlier.
