OK....I knew about the bears and the cougars, raccoons and mosquitos, i was aware of the eagles, but who forgot to tell me about the millions of bloody frogs eh. And WTF are these giant ants all about , i feel a right Joan Collins, tin a raid in one hand and a frying pan in the other :rofl:;):omg_smile:

Hi jempee................another photo for you ;) I took my friend up to Mt Washington today (Mon) & guess what we saw? ....... another bear :rofl: that make 6 separate sightings this week She loved the fact that we were playing in the snow at 11am & sat on the beach enjoying the sunshine at noon..................she knows I've been struggling with homesickness & says I 'don't know I'm born', having the opportunity to live here :o :confused_smile: |

Took these couple of photos at Campbell River. realy liked it up there too..in fact all that area is beautiful and the people are so freindly!!! these photos are of the chainsaw wood carvings from the yearly competion. there is lots of these beautiful carvings down along the main drag of Campbell river. |

Thanks Rob, we had an amazing time! We saw 3 grizzlies and 6 black bears, 2 moose and loads of deer. Montana was awesome and 'landing' even better.
Sounds like a great trip. Can't believe how many grizzlies you saw - take it you didn't go hiking :unsure: |
