Good here today, hate this house selling lark, slightly better news "only"
had to drop a further £4500, better than the 10k at the beginning of the week, just want to get it pushed through asap before anything else can go wrong

Do have to accept it really, that money will cover the rent for 6 mths or give us a bit of time to find work before we are skint
