Well, I enjoyed it very much - loved the views and the crowds and the people-watching. Nice frock, yes kiwilass, I agree.
And very much loved "Jerusalem", with the crowds outside singing along too - a tear leaked out of the corner of my right eye. Just the one, mind.

I didn't see it on TV but I must admit I've looked at a few newspapers online.
I think Princess Anne deserves a thoroughly British "Huzzah!" for refusing to be constrained by the shackles of fashion, and I was delighted to see that Mike from the Young Ones has used his undoubtedly street-smarts to bag an invite as Speaker of the House of Commons. He probably should have ordered a shorter escort though.

I did post on the main forum yesterday, still in euphoric mood having spent the day standing front row at the Cenotaph to watch this most fantastic occasion with my hubby! We were surrounded by lovely people....we all chatted, waved our flags, screamed when we saw the royals and sang our hearts out! The happy couple looked gorgeous, the weather was just right, London looked completely amazing and I can honestly say that I will never forget it for as long as I still have my marbles. I'm so glad we went, especially as we're supposed to be moving to Canada in the summer, and today I feel so proud! There's been the most magical atmosphere here in the UK....my sister living in Italy said she never felt more homesick! And my husband, who is 'bloke' in every sense, said the same thing.
Just wonderful!
