Yes they do work - well they do with Welsh spiders , and yes the conkers are there all the time.

I recycle in my bottle binand I know where my bottles have been

James has finished spraying the househe went to the vets and got the spray Im praying it will end the soddin spiders.saying that the pong is strong and killing memaybe thats the plan all along kill the spiders kill the bitch

Well don't forget to go and clean the cobwebs off them occasionally

sortedand so far not one large or small spider has stuck its head out but I think tomorrow will tell if none are running on the floor it should be fineso heres all fingers crossed

Conkers certainly work in Somerset. We live in a barn conversion and had (note past tense!) a ton of spiders.

Also, I use a few drops of citronella oil mixed with water in a spray bottle and spray all around. Lovely smell but spiders hate it apparently!

Probably wouldn't work with black widows though...
