This is happening more and more though. People doing good, doing their job,, doing the right thing and getting beaten up for it. The three perpetrators should be jailed for life.

True enough. The sort of thing I was thinking was a mate back in Bristol doing all the stuff he was supposed to do and then seeing Cummings doing what he did and all 'justified' by the PM and others. He's now decided he will disregard the advice if/when it doesn't suit him, but not all the time.

It's hard to blame him but if he disregards something then other people in his circle may see that and disregard different parts of the advice themselves and so on. Ultimately the blame for that breakdown in people following the advice goes to one place only. Number 10.

If you gotta wear a mask, may as well make it creative.

Somewhere in Tennessee apparently, now the question is does he actually think the air filter helps, or is he just having some fun? It's TN so could go either way.

Found it on reddit.

I just walk about in public wearing my gimp mask. It's great, it protects and people stay away from me. Win win.

I do love Google! This morning I was blissfully unaware of what one was...I looked it up! I have evidently been living a bit of a sheltered life in NB!

Yesterday in the Superstore I think 90% of customers were in masks. The people who don't though seem to have some sort of attitude...

Super Store and Wal Mart yesterday that I went to in Vancouver a couple times, it was about 30% with masks on, and 70% without, most employees at both stores also not wearing them.

But there is no legal mandate to wear masks here.

Have you not seen Pulp Fiction?

Next you'll be saying you've never heard of an alternative use for a cheese grater

$4.99 didn't seem so expensive. Then I saw that was an addon to $20

Even more reason to wear a damn mask indoors.

2 hair stylists with COVID19 infection:

1. 139 clients served by both stylists
2. Stylists wore face masks at work
3. Clients all wore masks at salon
4. Of all who were followed up with (testing vs phone), nobody developed COVID19
