We had one on the Jag we had - because it was a British car, we only had the jag for a bit, it's now buried in the garage somewhere - you might see this spitfire around town in the next few weeks though, thinking of getting it on the road for Rockin' Red Deer this coming weekend, we had registered two different cars for the event but other things have got in the way and they are not quite ready...Again teh Union Jack is on it as it's a brit car and it was easier than respraying the boot lid after a temporary repair whilst we located a new old boot lid.

I have to say after spending a hellish 6 days in the traffic in and around LA I would want an automatic and wouldn't even consider a manual, I wouldn't even consider living and having to commute in anything like the traffic in LA either - not for any amount of money.

Re: Manual or Automatic in Canada?
I think literally everyone has forgotten what hyperbole is.

Re: Manual or Automatic in Canada?
$50m? I'd take a helicopter wherever I was going;)
LA traffic is no worse than the GTA really. |
Re: Manual or Automatic in Canada?
I think GTA is worse than LA - outside of peak rush hour never really had much of a problem.
LA is a fantastic city - I really love Huntington Beach and Anaheim (I know but its part of LA metro) If it were in Canada I would be living there already  |

Re: Manual or Automatic in Canada?
What would you prefer, a car with AC but a quite basic interior, or a car with no AC (and black colour:unsure:), but with cruise control, USB connector, Sirius satellite radio, steering wheel-mounted audio controls.
The rest of the features are more or less the same. In MB. I am voting for the AC, my OH prefers the other one...:sneaky: Will it be very difficult to sell a car with manual transmission? and with no AC? |
Re: Manual or Automatic in Canada?
i couldn't have a car with no AC.
