Hmm, my stomach is rumbling and I need to decide between:

a) Alphagetti on toast with a splash of Worcestershire sauce

b) Jacob's cream crackers with some Wensleydale cheese

c) Tuna sandwich with salad cream

I have been at the Convention Centre in Down town Van all day -doing fitness stuff - am shattered - went to the food court at the Waterfront Centre v nice salady place - I had a wholeweat wrap with beans and rice and hummus
