Hmm, my stomach is rumbling and I need to decide between:

a) Alphagetti on toast with a splash of Worcestershire sauce

b) Jacob's cream crackers with some Wensleydale cheese

c) Tuna sandwich with salad cream

For what it's worth - I'd go with option b.

I have been at the Convention Centre in Down town Van all day -doing fitness stuff - am shattered - went to the food court at the Waterfront Centre v nice salady place - I had a wholeweat wrap with beans and rice and hummus

Apologies for resurrecting an old thread but I thought it worth mentioning that I'm having a steak and Guinness pie and chips for lunch today.

Made do with Marmite & Peanut Butter on toast...
