Actually, it's more like the "I'm not insane enough to spend obscene amounts of money on a very small dwelling" approach!

I live on a lake in NS. I couldn't afford it in the UK but that's fine...I'm not in the UK! We have good jobs and a comfortable life... When things change we will move on and probably swap our lake view for that of a skyscraper...

We need to live in the moment!
