....... a balloon. starts out quite small and flat, not doing much but lying there. then it get a bit bigger, bit more and it starts to bounce around a bit. bit more and its beginning to fly, then it takes off, bouncing around all over the place having a great time.
then it really gets going, flies high into the sky, free. then some bastard comes along and pops it. |

Apparently it was something to do with excess calcium in the dog food back then which isn't added today although when I was young we all thought it came from poodles. Google 'white dog poo' for more info
