can you believe i took the commando of the biscuit world, chocolate ones at that into work, and no one ate them, except me of course. bloody healthy canadians with their packets of raw veg.

That's a rare bred then. I buy the chocolate hobnobs every week and throw them in my freezer so I can have a couple with my cup of coffee.

not this lot, they all and i mean all, turn up with these little bags of carrots, green beans and the like, i even saw one eating raw sprouts!!! i almost shot myself there and then.
i miss my brew and biccie at the start of the shift so thought i would bring some in and share them out. i had virtually the full packet to myself as they looked on in disgust.

i was about to do the peter kay routine, but seeing how the production of said biscuit went down i could just imagine the frowns and looks of disinterest. cheesecake anyone.

I don't understand people who don't like Hobnobs!!!!! I was so happy when my boyfriend and I went on a trip to Niagara-on-the-lake and I saw the british food shop there!! I bought all the Hobnobs they had!!!! When we got back to Montreal we had my "in-laws" over and I offered them tea and biscuits they balked when they saw the Hobnobs...oh well, next time I'll know to keep them all to myself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HOBNOBS RULE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe it's a Quebec thing, but I don't think I've been in a supermarket in Canada that doesn't have them - no choc and milk choc variety, yet to see dark though.
