If your happy to watch it on a laptop (unless you connect it to a TV etc) then just go www.myiplayer.com, click on the Union Jack flag in the lower right and you'll be able to watch the UK channels on any computer without the need for a VPN/DNS or anything.

This site even works through my work firewall as I watched the olympics and jubilee at work - during my lunch break obviously

When you first start the stream you'll get a couple of safe pop ups, just close them with the little red 'x' and your good to go.

I don't use this site much now (apart from at work occasionally) but i've never known for it to be down or not working so sure it will be OK to watch the eurodrivel contest

The UK can't win now. There's been no chance since eurovision turned into a passive/aggresive proxy for war. Although I suppose bulldozing unsold "katrina and the waves" cd's into a landfill is less hazardous than dealing with land mines.

As I mentioned earlier, a free solution is Tunlr with the live BBC1 feed from the BBC.

Does Tunlr work with BBC live streams as according to their website it doesn't.

"There are a number of sites which we won’t support for several reasons which we sum up under the term “not Tunlr-friendly”. Not Tunlr-friendly are: Youtube, Amazon Instant Video, Cinemanow, Vudu, Teleboy, Wilmaa, Starz, HGTV, Foodnetwork, Channel 4 live streams and 4OD, BBC live streams, TVCatchup, ESPN, MLB, Google Play and Spotify."

Well in that case, Zattoo could be used instead, that is definitely supported.

The major reason that many countries have no chance of winning, no mattter how good the song is is the block voting by Eastern European countries, they will, basically, vote for their own or Scandinavian countries.

Very excited to be going to this in 2 days time.

After now hearing every song in the semi's and final - reckon Bonnie has a good chance (if she pulls it out on the night !)

This is not the concert - that is in Sweden in May. This is a pre-concert taster of some of the entries.

Btw only one of us is a euro-fanatic.

If liking Eurovision makes me gayer than gay ! Does the fact that I have a season ticket for my local football team here in the UK and the fact I use to play for my local pub team make me Straight, Straight, Straight?

Btw, I also like Christmas, Rugby, love Musical Theatre and most sports. Perhaps im confused?

I really should read peoples posts before I comment on them.

On a related subject. I sometimes used to go to Bonnie Tyler's nightclub (Martha's Vineyard?) in Swansea back in the 80s? She sometimes turned up there with young chaps in tow - She looked old even back then.

I was watching a program over the weekend that had Bonnie Tyler on at the end singing her Eurovision entry.

How can I put this... What an absolute load of sh*te !!

L-E-L - I know you said it had a chance and was in the top 5 but really

I think the Irish had a better chance with the d1ckhead brothers last year.

I'm guessing the bookies aren't overly impressed either giving us odds of 25/1 and eleven other countries with lower odds - Denmark at 1.5/1 to and Ukriane at 4/1 being the best odds.

Anyway, it could be a 'Nil point' for the UK again from several countries. Bonnie Tyler even said on the program that she wasn't expecting much.

Denmark 1.5 to 1
Ukraine 4 to 1
Norway 8 to 1
Russia 12 to 1
Holland 14 to 1
Germany 18 to 1
Sweden 18 to 1
Georgia 20 to 1
Italy 22 to 1
Azerbaijan 22 to 1
San Marino 25 to 1
UK 25 to 1
Ireland 25 to 1
Belarus 33 to 1
Serbia 50 to 1
Greece 50 to 1
Finland 66 to 1
Romania 66 to 1
Armenia 66 to 1
France 80 to 1
Hungary 80 to 1
Croatia 100 to 1
Estonia 100 to 1
Spain 100 to 1
Belgium 200 to 1

One of the great tragedies of British music history is that Cilia Black never represented the UK.
