Stumpylegs

I'd say in some ways they aren't too different to pointers, a world away from labs and staffies - the common trait i would say if they are super chilled, food motivated and extremely intelligent, but hide it rather well.

Mine has been terrified of any sort of water other than a paddle up to her very low knees - save for one time when she followed me into the sea for quite some way, but is super averse to swimming, to the point where she pretends she can't do it, won't cross streams that are ankle deep on me etc - Until yesterday we took her to a lake, and went out into thigh deep water for a paddle, realising i had a dog treat in my pocket and after showing it to her - proceeded to swim a good 5metres out to me and back with no complaints!!
