Wasaga Beach Area.
Only 1.5 - 2 hours from Toronto by car, on a good day. Bank hols may take longer.
We visit Wasaga when we can and stay at the Klondike trailer park. This is a great place to visit and relax after a hard week at work. Plenty of places to eat and loads of small hotels and cottage type lets near the beach.
The bikes and cars are a big draw in this small beach area, sitting on the prom posing is the one of main activity's. (spot the union jack shorts) LOL

Disclaimer: I don't live here you know, i just visit at the weekends, and not every weekend just a few a year. So if i have upset anyone who lives in Wasaga for filming here without you permission, i apologize in advance.
Thank you Mag

Hopefully the chav infested footage you show doesn't send more people to the West Coast.
It looks like the rough areas of Bridlington on a bank holiday Monday.
Keep 'em coming though. This is great for my "Never visit" list

OTTAWA pt 1
Where to stay
There are obviously many hotels in and around Ottawa, it's just that this is the one we stayed in. It is centrally located, and is pet friendly. (We have a dog you see)
The hotel room we booked incl Two beds, one queen one sofa bed, a Dishwasher, Full size Cooker, Top loading washer, and dryer, kettle, cups, and knifes and forks also included. The rest of the room is what you would expect to find in a hotel. Bit overkill for one night, but for a few weeks stay, well, IMO, very handy.
Wifi is included with the room. Should say $135 Can. per night, not UK Pounds.
