We are now past page 4, further than expected. Still waiting for the riot.
The god believing religious theists are the ones with the faith – faith that “god†is the explanation and that no other is possible. The atheist is content to say “we don’t knowâ€. For now, anyway. And it’s obvious that saying “we don’t know,†requires no faith.

The very first letter I got when I moved to Calgary was from the city asking me which school board I wanted my property tax money to go to, Catholic or unified, with a description of why they were allowed to ask the question under the Canadian constitution.

I've just been told that I cant have a particluar medical procedure done at a hospital , because the hospital is Catholic and won't fund it ( not abortion before anyone asks)
I must admit it came as more than a mild suprise to me that public institutions were allowed to do that

yeah , as I said , it came as a bit of a shock , maybe fund isn't the right word ( though I thought thats what she said ) maybe it was " carry out" or " use our resources on"
either way bottom line was she'd have to refer me elsewhere

Nowt to do with OHIP though. A referral to a different physician/ hospital would probably fix it...
