- job verification done -06 Jan -09
- still wait for visa grant letter

any one in same line so just reply me i am in catagory no -2 so which time they issue grant letter

Hi guys,

I'm currently applying online for WA SSV - I have CV, ACS result letter and a UK citizen so won't need IELTS result. I have a couple of quick questions if someone can kindly help me.

- The WA SSV online application form - section "Family" asks for Friends or Relatives in Australia. I have friends in NSW and WA, however they won't sponsor me. Should I list them? Does anyone know what WA use this information for?

- Should I apply for 175 visa before applying for 176 WA SSV? Or is the sponsor acceptance from WA then used to apply afterwards?

If you are on CSL with 120 points then why not apply 175 first? You may get CO before getting SS. Then you don't have to bother about any restrictions of 176. Of course 175 would be your preferred entry ticket. Isn't it?

To be honest, I don't think this is technically right. CSL is far beyond SS. As far as i can see, none from CSL gets CO before SS applicants.

In my case, i told them i have no friends in WA and at the end they approved my SS.

don't forget the time that you need to get the SS approval (about 3 months).

three days of july has gone without anyone getting WA SS ?
If I am not mistaken there are seven WA SS march applicant on the thread. including myself, but seems like non has got it.

It's always a plus point to have friends or relatives because the State knows althought they are not legally sponsoring, you have someone to help to support you initialy ect ect.

Go ahead and apply for the 175, and once you get the WA SS it could be tranfered to 176 without any cost.
