Spoke to agent yesterday and it seems that the other 5 paper applicants that were 29th Oct have been requested for meds so hoping that we may have a case officer now but may not know it as we have frontloaded everything so here's hoping for August for all as they are obviously getting a pace on

If so then they will only communicate through them.
If not, then when you send your e-mail it must include your reference details in the subject line or they probably wont bother replying or just send back a standard reply to send processing information enquiry.
Worth a try though, but do remember that they don't like being hassled too much.

If so then they will only communicate through them.

aspc e-mail says paper application upto 19 Sept but many paper applicants got co for october applicants, i applied mid october from high risk country i think i have to wait more. lets hope paper applicants gets co this week
