Hi i know this is an old thread but were in a simular situation and basically our agent said we should have had it sorted out before we applied we did,nt knw 
but basically ex won,t even talk so how are we supposed to get a medical for her could it be a court matter ? not happy with agents advice at moment as they have said we need to get the medical
