I made no speculation rather all I saw at DIAC. I try to convince you. As new SOL applies to new applicants hence any one with a +ve or under process assessment for an old SOL occupation cant lodge an application with DIAC. This way, anyone who has a +ve or under process assessment for an old SOL occupation has to find suitable occupation in new SOL and get re-assessed to apply with DIAC against some new SOL occupation. As far as I can see, you are using your own justification on considering skill assessment to be invalid which were done for old SOL occupations. You still don't have any official statement to support your comments. What will actually happen in this situation will be further clarified by either DIAC or some registered agent. Regards |
