In Form 26 - Part A - Question 11: Have you lodged a visa application?

From where I get the answer of "At which office?"

When I am filling the form 26 of my wife, son & daughter; what should I write on Part A - Question 10:

"What is the visa subclass number and the name of the visa that you are applying for?"

Should I write the same visa sub class of mine? i.e. Subclass 175 – Skilled – Independent

I think you all have the same visa sub class (Skilled Independent Subclass 175). The only difference is that you're primary applicant and they're secondary applicant.

Hi there,

I had receivd medical and PCC request in the first week of June 2011 and my medical tests were carried out on June 15, 2011 in Karachi. As per the medical centre, they have already dispatched my health assessment reports to Australia on 22nd June but still on my online application status it is showing " Health requirements outstanding".

Pl advice.

Immi
