I just realized one change in my application. Few months ago, the landline telecommunication company has updated the area code of my city. Now the landline number using the old area code is not valid any more. My current employer belongs to my city. May be the "further checking required" status for my work experience documents is because they are unable to contact my employer. But the employer reference letters also contains the mobile number which is still the same.

Should I wait for response from CO or should I sent a PLE to DIAC/Change of circumstances form ?

Ofcourse there is an option to upload change in circumstances form. You can upload any document in the category "Others" and give a proper description regarding that document.

Then, if you wish to, you can send a PLE saying that you have uploaded a document to the application regarding the change. but, in my case, i didnt send any PLE. and it worked fine.

i would say, u better upload a 1022 form. It may not be useful for them but you will be safe and obviously harmless!

I got a mail from CO [TEAM-04] requesting for Form 80 and Form 1281 on 14th September.
I uploaded the documents to the online application on the same day and replied to that mail informing the uploaded documents.

No update till today. Can anybody make a comment on this?
