yes i too checked that though his timeline is not mentioned...
anyways its hard to believe that if processing is complete including checks etc, then DIAC won`t hold the grant irrespective of occupation...in this case,i think its a mere conincidence that we are seeing visa grants for Pakistani IT guys
lets hope for the best!

However, note down the year when he posted, it is a year old post and things are much different now.

Each case is unique, just because one person gets a visa in a certain time, that does not mean that someone else will. Also, absolutely no point in linking to a post on another forum, posted in July 2009. Since then things have changed many many times.

dear if u r in csl and applied in June 2009 then according to DIAC website ur case will be finalized before December 2011 like mine one. it can be before the 2011 but nobody knows the actual picture about the future. one of my cousin received medical and PCC 3 weeks ago while i am still waiting for it although i applied earlier than him. so nobody knows that when his/her case will be finalized? hope for the best..

1 month is too late, ask him to resend email or post a PLE.

don't worry. it doesn't indicate that there is something wrong. they might have much work load. I sent an email to my CO on July 1st and got reply on 14th. Then I sent an email in mid July and never got any reply from him. Rather got grant letter. So you shouldn't worry. Just wait.
