Hello guys, just to update a bit. Im in Sydney now, wonderful city, Im enjoying the harbour. About my visa stamp: nobody said a word, the delay was in the LA airport I had to wait for a 2 minutes phone call while confirming my status. jejeje. In Australia the delay was because I didnt have my yellow fever vaccination..... 15 minutes filling a form and then "welcome to Australia".....yeeeeeaaahhhhh.

What a blunder I made.
I have filled incorrect nominated occupation in my Application form so DIAC have not considered my application in CSL priority list. (damn I am fool)
Anyway, I have filled the Form 1023 and send the DIAC today through email today and corrected my nominated occupation. I am also thinking to upload this form online where all my documents are already upload.
Hopefully, now they will consider my application in CSL priority list.
I just wanted to confirm from you guys, if I am missing something else here. As I do not want to delay my application further.

Did you hear anythign from department after sendign form 1023. I have done a similar blunder like you did. I am a lot worried now.
I have done another mistake by submitting ielts results after lodging my application as I didnt get any dates to sit in ielts pre july 09. DIAC said they wil most likley refuse my application.

I know that I have posted here before, but my application was in at the end of June 2009. For some reason I thought that it was early July. I'll still post here anyway.
I am pleased to say that Today I checked my status and it says Applicant Approved!!! I am still waiting on the confirmation email from my Migration Agent, but I am thrilled!
I think that it is a 175 Visa. I know that I also got the VIC State Sponsorship, but I do not believe that it was ever converted. Today was my deadline to get it, or otherwise I was going to ask the Migration Agent to get it changed to the 176 as the wait was killing me.
So hopefully more of you will get confirmation over the coming days.
I am pleased to say that Today I checked my status and it says Applicant Approved!!! I am still waiting on the confirmation email from my Migration Agent, but I am thrilled!
I think that it is a 175 Visa. I know that I also got the VIC State Sponsorship, but I do not believe that it was ever converted. Today was my deadline to get it, or otherwise I was going to ask the Migration Agent to get it changed to the 176 as the wait was killing me.
So hopefully more of you will get confirmation over the coming days.

Congrats, fingers crossed it is 175 and your agent never converted it.
If you go back to your status at the bottom is a link called View Entitlement Details and it will say what visa subclass you have got. Let us know.
