Don't worry, they're not doing it in strict date order. Not sure what their method is but Julie was 22nd Jan and has CO, we're 12th and don't. I think it's based on occupation and country of origin. Specific COs for specific cases.

Yup I agree with Tubbs2Oz. We also applied on 13/01 (CSL, LR, 2231-79 C++ Specialist) and no CO yet. Not sure how the ordering works but they are still only assigning some Dec applicants so hopefully we'll all get a CO soon

I also agree with Tubbs (how does it feel to be the oracle of all sense?

). There are several mech engineers who got allocated to COs at the same time as us.

Good luck! I got to Adelaide last Friday, started work on Monday and feel like I've been here for months...its a very comfortable place to be as long as you try to be like the natives not like a Brit abroad.

All the best to you all and I hope it goes as smoothly as the transition seems to have for me.
