Re: ENS Visa (121/856) Current Timescales (Part 2.....)
Hi All,
I'm a newbie to the forum, but have been reading in the background for a couple of months now. We applied on a 121 on the 30th September and joined the line with the rest of you. My details are also on the timeline. Good luck to all of you holding on for that golden ticket... Some of you have been holding on for a while now, but take solice in the knowledge that I applied on a 176 in July 2008... No movement, so change to visa required!!
The good news is that there is light at the end of this tunnel for all of us. My patience has indeed be tested by this process, but if you want something bad enough, it can happen!
Cheers,
Jenx.

Hi All,
I have been a lurker for a while and would be grateful for any advice.
My ENS nomination was filed by my employer on the 21st of June this year at Parramatta and I lodged my 856 application on the 28th of July. I front loaded everything.
My nomination was aprroved on the 23rd of November. Just wondering how long would it take for them to process my application?
Thanks,
PP

Otherwise, please note that most people get the main application approved shortly after the nomination is approved. So that is a good news for you.

Yip, only they seem to know what they're doing or how they're processing... no true logical flow to the decision / allocation of CO's.... no movement this week yet... seems like they're working on May / June app's.

I received this last Friday...
For Your Information – Cases lodged June 2010 are currently being allocated
this month.
A case officer, once allocated, will decide if you require to submit any
additional documents to finalise the application.

Phone people will just repeat what they read from your file.
Because they are reading notes, different phone ppl will interpret information differently. And in regards to the processing times...phone ppl have no real idea. They possibly overhear information from other ppl or from staff meetings and create their own theories about it.
It's quite sad to say...but...phone ppl are useless unless your status has been changed on your file.
If u want correct info...email them.
If you get one of those general msgs, it means nothing is happening just yet.
Well...that's my theory!
Good luck to all of us kids!!!!!!!!:finge rscrossed:
