Re: ENS Visa (121/856) Current Timescales
Also new to this site. Timeline is as follows:
ENS 856 via Parramatta lodged 03.02.10
Full documents and checks lodged together
So far no nomination approval or CO assigned.
Lodged through MA who has had others approved within a month (same MA, same company, same job description)
Luckily I hadn't seen this site as from week 8 to week 11 - I was the most frustrated pom on the planet.
Now I am feeling more lucid and tranquil (The Doc gave me something!) and it seems like I should start to get frustrated again around week 17 - does that sound about right??

Hi there,
They take the payment within 2 / 14 days of your application - doesn't mean they are any closer to processing it. You'll get an email recipting from the transaction. My money was processed on 08.02.10!!!

I feel exhausted! Sorry, I didn't write sooner but I was up and down to get sort out everything for the travel... (it was an offshore visa)
I didn't even have the time to think about it...
To be honest I was enoying them (DIAC and our Agent) in the last couple of days, and I think that was the reason of our good news.

Re: ENS Visa (121/856) Current Timescales
Hello everyone,
I have a question and need your kind advice.
As we know, there are three ways in ENS, 1)skill assessment+3 years work experience, 2) highly skilled position with more than $165000 salary and 3)two years full time working in the nominated occupation. In the documents checklist, it seems the third way is only for onshore 856 visa, but I want to apply the offshore 121 visa based on the third way. Is it possible or anyone has some successful experience?
Thanks in advance.
