I got my call today for the test. Been asked to come in on the 8th next week. Woohoo. I got a call a couple of weeks ago saying processing for regional areas is slower than cities. Don't know why or how that makes a difference. Anyway, test is on. Time to prepare. I'm relieved big time.

I am so confused. I lodged application online and uploaded scanned copies of the originals, but not certified copies. Now I read somewhere else on the website that I need to take certified copies to the interview. I thought the purpose of taking your originals with you to the interview/test was that they would certify them there and then.
Do I need to have documents for an online application certified?

You dont need any certified copies for the online application. This only applies to the paper based application.
All you do is you upload a scan of the originals (a scan of a certified copy would be seriously pointless) and take them with you to the interview. They will check them and then they scan your id documents and some other things again for themselfes. Thats it.
