Hello fellow Augusters - We have now exchanged on the house with flights booked to Brissy on 17 July (my birthday - that'll be one to remember). I finish work on 10 July with packers coming on the 12th. Still looking for accommodation for when we get there it seems to be really busy out there for some reason. Had difficulty getting a flight booked - eventually managed to get air New Zealand book by using Asda website. Loads
to do but it'll be worth it.

Hi guys do u have the thread for the august timeline spreadsheet was just wondering if ther were any 136 still waiting for visa and if so why you were still waiting if you dont mind me asking

Any idea why these guys are wai
ting for 136 a year on, its just im waiting for mine now from april and wanted to get moving on things but cant until i have a rough idea of how long it takes to get visa.

If you click on View Public Profile under my name you'll get an idea of our timescale (we were straightforward with no complications). I think things are moving quicker this year though.

It depends on luck too. I applied as 138 on 1st August and I got CO on 14th May, now everything is done just waiting for the outcome. My application is also very simple as I am a single applicant but the problem is I am from a region 3 High Risk Country so my integrity checks might take longer than other regions applicants. I am desprerately waiting for the news on comming monday lets C what happen.

I am August / 2006 applicant, on a 457 visa in Australia and still waiting for visa granted.. completed 8 weeks so far (after medicals and everything else sent)... might happen at any time... hopefully, very soon !!!! Good luck to everyone else...

where are we August 2006 Applicants standing?
Hi Everyone
I just want to know how many August 2006 applicants are waiting for the decision or CO.
I am a 1st Aug 2006 applicant and now just waiting for the outcome. The problem is I am from a poor high risk country. I dreamt about getting visa in June but now just wishing I can get visa in this July.

I'm a 138 from 15th Aug and still waiting too
. All docs are in so just have to wait this one out.Ann
