lol, not quite as niave as that thanks !. It's an Apostale service used by many countries to verify and legitimise official documents such as Degrees, Qualifications, Wills etc. We did do extensive research and sought clarification from the Canadian Teaching Authority she was interested in. To back this up the teaching post she has been offered in Russia have actually asked her to do this and sent her a link to the same service. (Yes the school is real, yes she had an interview, yes she has visited the school and yes she has had them verified along with the job offer and credible world wide agency she was recruited from. Also as a matter of course she checked them out with the General Teaching Council in Scotland who said that they were aware of the service and that we should have no concerns using them for verification of documents. They themselves often have documents submitted from overseas applicants who have used the same company. Thanks for the concern though......however, I might be interested in the snake oil.......lol : )))
