In which case, I think I'd aim for the LMO/TWP. If you go out there on the IEC then what if the LMO is refused and you can't get a TWP? If your plan is to go together and for both of you to work, then the TWP is really your only option.

But maybe suss it out with the company if they offer you the job, see if they would be prepared to do the LMO application and wait a few months for you.
