It is not possible for me to be an alpha male last time I looked digger47.
Are you enjoying your cheese please? If so, please think of us .
I want to find the photo of MrBEVs being friendly with the sheep next door. He called her Sally.
I'll have another look for it later on.

Thanks for the info Wolfi !...
I shall be making substantial purchases regarding the baked beans and cheddar cheese. The Hungarian cheese is indeed "shite"...or is it "sajt".. not sure about the spelling ?...?? but its not very good. Might have a go at the fish'n'chips as well...
Well done Lidl !

They do have baked beans all the time but I think the ones they sell for British food week are better, the normal ones are like bullets! I might have a go at growing my own haricot beans at some stage.

A bit OT re Lidl:
If anyone passes through Germany this week, Lidl has British Week starting on Feb16.
Besides Cheddar theres's Stilton, Baked Beans, Crumbed Ham etc - of course I don't know about the quality.
Maybe the Hungarian Lidl will follow ...

.... An early contender for "post of the year", I think.
