Default Cheeder Cheese

Recently been shopping in InterSpar so collecting food stuff for xmas found a good quality Cheddar Cheese in fact it,s that good and now on Speciel Offer at 2,449 huf. per 1kg block, how long for not sure but hear in doors when shopping again so one moore in bottom of refrgarater, It appears that this is Irish Cheddar Cheese and it is solid good texture and a sharp taest at this price worth buying digger47

the shelf life on cheese is mid June so my blocks will be oppened up nearer the time and put into vermine prof container in Pincer I can be sure it will keep but mother inlaw been i there some time and still nagging digger47

I doubt it, he's been on BE for 3 years, OK he may not have your superior knowledge of spelling or grammar, but his post makes sense and is understandable. He may have been posting from a phone, which usually makes correct spelling etc a real gamble.

Cheese can be frozen in your deep freeze.

Absolutely correct, it freezes well although hard cheese can go a bit crumbly on thawing

Cheddar cheese if frozen looses 80% of the original texture and taste. It is not meant to be frozen. If left to mature it then gets a stronger texture and taste. Cheddar cheese is the most popular cheese in the world today. there are many many different types of cheddar. I will stop here.

Yes my spelling is Crap but struggling with a illness you do not wont.I stated my opinion on cheese as i have in past working in Somerset where cheese was being maid so they store cheese in such way from the start so all i am saying is a to what they wear doing and yes wrapping in muslin digger47

Lucky you lot drooling over cheese ..... I've had to cut back on dairy products so haven't eaten cheese for nearly two years .... apart from the odd small bit .....

Thanks just to rub salt in to the wound September will drawing off my first pint of honest home maid Cider out the vat and plenty moor to be maid later, just think warm day cool cool Cider and a big chunk of Cheder and a bit of bread digger47
