Don't you think question 4 should be 2 questions? I mean if the answer to 1 is yes then presumably the answer to 4 will be yes

Hi folks, greetings from Goa!

Firstly, I am pleased to see that the poll numbers are steadily rising and thank all of those who have voted and put their trust in us with their stories. I assure all of you that we are working behind the scenes to help everybody who is experiencing this injustice that is happening in Goa. We are making positive headway but like everything the small steps will reach our destination.

I cannot put the details of the plan on open site as the plan relies on stealth and confidentiality, without which the plan could be compromised. Therefore if any of you who have shared your information with us would like to know more detail, please PM me and I will respond as soon as I can explaining it all to you. My only request is that you keep my response with confidence as our plan relies on this.

We are in the same boat as you with our property problems and I am a great believer that the only way to fight this injustice is by all of us coming together(as Vicki Treadell said at the meeting) and using an evidenced strategic approach for the benefit of us all. It is by you trusting us with your stories that we are able to form the evidence and the strategies with which to fight. The more people the stronger the case to be put forward.

Lewis

Hi folks

It is good to see the upsurge in the poll following the meeting with Vicky Treadell.
For the 200 plus who attended you all heard her say that we need to come together in large numbers to fight for justice in Goa. Lewis had already recognised this need and started the poll and the gathering of peoples stories in order to do just that.
Lets not let the poll fester, for those who have voted and know others who are not on BE, encourage them to get on here and make their vote count. For those who are looking in but have yet to find the courage to post, get on board and join the fight.
The poll is rising steadily and the statistics are telling the accurate story of how people are being treated. The percentages and the evidence gathered by people trusting Lewis with their stories is the evidence which strengthens our corner when it comes to fighting for changes and fair play.

We all need to unite as one because it makes us stronger and the more we are in number the harder we can fight to be treated fairly over our property issues.

Come on folks - join us in the fight - you have nothing to lose but everything to gain.

Dread - boxing gloves on !!

Folks out there

There are many of you in the same boat as us facing problems over your Goan properties. Whether your problems be facing DoE investigations, dealing with cheating builders who are now trying to extort further money, lawyers who have mislead you, problems with companies being set up, cheating estate agents including those in the UK, or just being refused the chance to register deeds, now is not the time to be dormant and sit around waiting to see what happens.

You have all read the paper and seen the first confiscation order take place. You have seen that agents, lawyers and builders are cheating people. You have read the papers where the DoE intend looking at businesses being set up. You have read the papers where it says the DoE are upping the ante.

Sitting around waiting is not going to help you now.
There is a chance for us to turn this around, but it needs numbers of people willing to join together and provide the evidence to lobby for change. Our government are working to change things but they need your help to do so.

There were over 200 people at the January BHC meeting and you all heard Vicky Treadell state that we need to all unite in this. Where are you all and where are your stories?

So come on folks stand up and be counted. Get voting on this poll and send in your stories to Lewis. You have guaranteed confidentiality so have nothing to fear in doing so. However every persons story adds another piece of evidence which strengthens the case for change, and that can make a difference.

Lewis is doing a great deal behind the scenes for ALL OF YOU, so please give him your evidence to help him move things forward.

Nice to see the Save Goa Poll has moved up again however I feel we ALL should try harder to get more people to sign
There must be people on YOUR development who you know that haven't signed so if YOU can excert a little pressure and effort that would be great !

There are people working very hard "behind the scenes" to expose the goan government and there is now some day light creeping into the tunnel, these people don't want praise just SUPPORT from all quarters

Thanks Dread, I can endorse your comments!

We currently have 65 votes on the Save Goa Poll, lots of good work behind the scenes, lots of very useful contacts being made. Our target of 100 votes on the poll is getting nearer. Lets try and hit our target of a 100 stories, sooner rather than later!
