Hello Expats!

We are having a steady flow of stories submitted on a daily basis... I am sure there are many more viewing these threads that have not yet committed to subscribing to the BE site. Please subscribe and answer our poll, then tell us your story! If you are not computer literate, ask somebody to help you subscribe... Again confidentiality, guaranteed, no names from either parties!

For all those heading to Goa, while enjoying the sunshine, there will be plenty of opportunity to make other people aware of the Save Goa Poll and asking them to submit their stories!

I am not interested in cynicism from doubters, only uniting all buyers of property in Goa to join forces and tackle these problems together!

To quote a slogan from Nike... JUST DO IT!!!

Noni, there are many people out in Goa who are not aware of the British Expats, Save Goa poll and what we are trying to do... Lots of work to be done out in Goa and the poll will certainly run during this season. Let's all do our bit while out in Goa, we all know somebody who has been mislead, get them to tell their story and answer to our poll as soon as possible! We have reached that 40 mark and now lets take it up to 50 ASAP!

Subscribe to the BE site and send me a private message.

Folks

This poll is important in the .fight to keep our properties in Goa, as are your circumstances which need to be pm'd to Lewis.
We cannot fight this injustice as individuals, but we can fight it by gathering together.
However we can only fight together if people vote on the poll and give the information. You have guarenteed confidentiality, and someone who is willing to work to HELP YOU, so please support this.

It is imperative that you all give your stories to Lewis, in strict confidence. It is in your own interest. They can only do so much to help you. You have got
to help yourselves, and not sit back and let others do it for you.

What has happened to all those who signed the No.10 petition, get them to join BE, or all that would have been a waste of time.

We are also buying a property in south Goa and have tried to do all that our advocate advised including setting up a company but we were not advised that we needed a business visa. We are therefore in breach of FEMA rules due to poor advice and have to try and sort out our situation from here. We are happy to provide further details if necessary.

Look forward to seeing you join in some of the threads on here, don't be afraid just go for it. It's worth you having a read of the Buyer Beware on this site, as well as the one entitled the meeting, but worth doing so a bit at a time as there is quite a lot there. It is very informatoive regarding property owning in Goa.
