Can we please have some clarification on the official position with this Bagaboy character, as;
1) we have an official instruction not to discuss him
2) another official instruction to ignore him
3) a lot of members clearly upset and offended by him
4) research that suggests he is actually a Goan youth having a laugh on here
5) continuing rubbish being spouted by him at regular intervals
6) continued attacks on individual members
Personally I do not understand why this is being allowed to continue, especially at a time when we appear to be attracting new members. What must they think of us all?
Harmless idiots like Milward were despatched with haste, but at least they were genuine idiots. This character appears to be a total sham. If you read back through his posts there is no consistency, he is clearly making it up as he goes along and making a total mockery of the genuine contributors on this site.
Many other BE forums are plagued by people like this and have degenerated accordingly, but the Goa forum has survived without this curse until now.

Unfortunately J5, we must all abide by No.1 Rule. Don't let him upset you. I can see where you are coming from after reading some of the other threads on BE. Have taken him out of Buyer Beware, and will delete any tosh from anyone, as that is a very serious thread.

Standard & Poor have down graded the creditability of the Pound because of the British Governments amount of public debt. Remember when they printed about a trillion pounds of twenties ? watch out for fluctuations in the exchange rates,it might get bad.In the UK its official, we now have deflation....Strange as it may seem,taking into consideration all the xenophobic rantings of the Porvorim Posse,also the possibility that the Goan Governments attempt to change the law regarding FN ownership of property retro-actively.(more on that later) Property in Goa realised into Rupees,might be quids in your pockets.Indian Law is roughly based on English Common Law and one of the fundamental aspects of Common Law,both in India and the Uk, is that you cannot make a law or change a law so that it acts retro-actively. Enacted laws enter the statute books and become valid and lawful after discussion and debate and agreement.What i am saying is that you cannot make a law or revise a law on say a Friday that effects some one on a previous Monday.Any thoughts on this ?

India might consider itself a democracy but the Congress Government in Goa is being allowed to act in an extremely corrupt and un-democratic manner>

I have not suggested banning him per se, CQ, but it is pretty clear now that he is not British, he is not an ex-pat, and his only interest in posting here is to exercise his ego and p*ss people off. His phraseology makes all these things clear. Does a suspected snotty-nosed Goan yoof like this have the same rights of free speech on this specific forum?
According to Mitzy, (who I respect) we should not discuss him even, so yet again, I am breaking the rules.
But if tomorrow this person posts slagging off Britain, with the usual references to "your country" (oh yes, like all British Ex-pats would say!) then that will all be fine of course!
If you read a lot of the other BE forums they are full of people like this and they simply degenerate into abuse and arguements........I would hate to see our Goa one become like that.
Even since this became an issue (in the last few days) he is still posting inflamatory posts and getting away with it. It is only the restraint of the members on here that has avoided what I described in previous paragraph!
I love this forum, and the people on it. Over the last six months it has made me a lot of new friends, including in real life, and has helped to keep me sane through a traumatic period. I'm sorry, but I am not he happy seeing something like this allowed to happen. We nearly lost GC, and if he thinks the rules permit him to behave like this, taking pot shots at all and sundry, we will lose many valuable members who are not prepared to "ignore him"
