I suppose it's only a small step from quoting the DM to circulating the output from the Utah bunker.

The piece was written by Robert A. Hall, a little known marine, Massachusetts state senator, not Bill Cosby.

Does it matter? Regardless of who wrote it the sentiments remain the same!

Bill Cosby wraps it up in a nice, cosy feeling; the original writer does not.

But please don't let facts get in the way of your opinions.

It was meant as a nice cosy feeling - it should have been taken as such, so many people here nitpick trying to show their superiority instead of reading what is written.

Anyway I have had the best news in the world to-day, the kind that money cannot buy. :drinkwine: :drinkwine: :drinkwine:

It's terrible when people use their brains instead of their emotions, isn't it?

It wasn't an opinion it was a question, hence the question mark and heres another, question again this is not an opinion (there are far to many highly self opinionated people on this forum as it is) does it matter, surely the sentiment remains the same regardless of who wrote it?

The way you perceive the statements made is influenced by who you believe wrote it. Bill Cosby is generally thought of as a nice guy. Therefore, if you read and agree with the statements, then you can be no worse than that nice and cuddly Cosby fellow. Now imagine the piece was signed off as: Adolf Hitler (translated from the German). Now, even though you read and agreed with the sentiment, you'd be less inclined to associate yourself with it.

Honestly folks, this is elementary stuff!

Show me a truth in there and I'll gnaw my left toe off with my own fangs.

It is someone strongly expressing his opinions, not the truth. It contains a biased and cherry-picked fact base to bolster his opinions.

I've already shown you that the author is false and the reason why they falsified it.

It's your turn!
