Weird situation

Hi Babyposer,
is this guy going to be your boss? You write at the beginning that he is a "recruiter" for the company. He's obviously not HR or he wouldn't be sending you this.
Have you actually been offered the job?
If you haven't, then I would telephone them (not email) and say that I'd be happy to do it if you're going to give me the job.
In many small companies you end up doing all kinds of things that may not be what you are hired to do, I generally think it's ok since you learn lots and get more experience.
Good luck

So what will you do now ????
Sounds to me a bit like 'I didn't bother looking at it before I sent it to you, we don't really need it done because it's been hanging around for ages and it's out of date, but since you speak French and you have nothing better to do and you want me to give you a job, it seemed a good opportunity to get something done for nothing. So I dug this old thing out.'
I've taken a dislike to Mr IMNAASHIF, can you tell?

There's about 80 people in the company.
I don't have the job yet, just an interview... so nothing sure at all!
