We have more seasons than four...Mrs Dash has a whole line of the stuff and the spice sections in the grocery stores have lots too.

thanks for your info sparkling gal. yes, i feel australia is way way to far away also, but its all depending on the work situation i suppose. another thing i have learned....rain in the summer!(okay , i have now read your corrected message, sorry, ignore that!).
