they let their dogs foul the pavments and public areas with dog poo and dont clean it up, also they dont want to let you out when driving but will stop for people crossng the road. but they are not bad with letter but thow fag ends everywhere.

In Canada, I see less littering and see a lot fewer people smoking than I did in the UK, and I rarely see anyone not picking up their dog's poo. You'll find bad drivers everywhere, but at least here in Toronto pedestrians have priority at intersections and crosswalks.

I hardly ever see people smoking, and i never see them throw butts out the window of their cars.

I do see butts thrown from cars, pretty much every day, you have to leave early to see that because, if it's not dark, it's not obvious.

I stick my butt out of the car window on a regular basis. Day and night.

Big deal, and the economy in Ontario is going nowhere but South. And, factually, Ontario has one of the highest pedestrian fatality rates in the World. Twice that of France (per capita) and they have they highest in Europe. Pedestrians in Ontario forget that they are soft an squashy.
