We still have a lot of good players, I think a lot rests on Joe Coles creative abilities now and how they can get structure the team to get him involved.

Just off the UK radio news - Rooney has broken more than 1 bone in his foot, apparently, so the diagnosis is worst than first expected.

Still looking though.... :) I am down in Vancouver next week, so I will drop into one or two of the more upmarket places and see if they can help.

Sorry - I missed this one! There is a strong possibility that I will be coming out to North Vancouver middle of may - I could bring you some if you've had no luck by then :)

What a "diverse" thread this turned into! FWIW my shirt shipped today. I wonder if they have reduced all the "9 Rooney" ones yet, or will they become collectors items like George VIII coronation memorabilia.

See...back on topic:)

Thanks for bringing us back to where we belong Iain!!

FWIW IMHO England will have more of a chance without Rooney!

Of course - it's a combination of both! :) Top loaders are inefficient by comparison, waste water, and are much harder on clothes.

But MUCH EASIER to pour a load of shitty diapers from the diaper pail into a top loader :)

We live in the country and get our water from the well. I couldnt care less about water consumption. The top loader we got was Energy Star compliant, and is like night and day compared to old ones in terms of agitation.

Each to there own, but in my opinion front loaders put a huge strain on the bearings due to the cantilevered load. They are also a lot more dependent on the seals around the door to keep your floor dry. Every one that I have known to fail failed in the same way, and they dont seem to last nearly as long as top loaders where the load is evenly distributed on the main bearing. I think the main advantage is in Europe where space can be at a premium and a front loader can be tucked under the counter in the Kitchen. Mainly though the choice came down to ease of loading for us.
