hello there,

we are taking our two dogs with us next march and so far its all very simple. Ask your vet they should be able to tell you what they need to travel. We are going to use a pet company to help us move them.

Defra will be able to help you too and there web site is very good.

Where abouts from London are you from???

Private message me and of your near to me in Bexleyheath maybe we could meet up.

Cheers

Lisadd

Thank you.
I spoke to DEFRA and they basically said that they need their jabs, they made it sound really easy! I hope it is that smooth in practice
I live out of London, but work near Covent Garden.
Are you going there wit work?

I have not actually been to Canada before, so is a brave move!
Work sort everythig out for me and should hopefully send me out for a couple of weeks before hand so that i can decide where to live. Thats one good thing!

I am worried about the cold! Someone said their friends eye-lids froze together.

It sounds very family there and very much to work and then to the outdoors, which is why i worry about meeting people.

I dont think i could get bored in a place like that and am sure i will be fine....

I am torn at the moment bewteen Condo or house. Be in town or out of town........

Well if its just you and the cats then you will have more choice where to live.

I would say its as cold to make your eye lid stick together but i do know it is cold. Its something that take s bit of getting used too and plenty of warm clothes.

We were out there a few weeks ago and it was starting to get cold then but if you have the right clothing you should be fine,

I hope you enjoy your visit when you go and if you need someone to help you look around the areas i can give you a name of somebody.

Congrats again and good luck, keep in touch.

Hi Maryann,

Welcome to BE. What a small world. We moved here from St Albans, Herts last year. Before we came here, Janet worked for.....Shell! 11 years at Shell Centre, Waterloo! One of Jan's friends from Shell centre also moved out here, with two cats, in the last year. Private Message us if you would like the details.

Kind regards,

Eamonn (& Janet).
