Actually Mick, I live in Toronto unlike yourself and I've never heard anyone refer to it as that. Must be a redneck suburban thing.
Plus there are plenty of Chinese people out there that go by the name Timmy.

Am only 40mins from TO Guv, and have heard it so many times.
So you've never heard the howard johnson refered to as the "ho jo" then? Doesn't matter really, you say tomato, i say to:mah:to, know what i mean? Sor'ed !
