Thanks Woody, it's an IT Manager position in London Ont. They are very relaxed considering they are in desperate need of someone for the position. First interview was over a month ago.....guess that the Canadian way !! lol

They have advised that they will try for HRDC Work permit if they don't find someone in Canada and want me over....here's hoping !

Thanks Bleech, glad to hear you have gotten in. Kinda hoping they want face to face interview soon LOL. We'll see how it goes.

I'm kind of ambivalent to the whole thing now ( because of the points situation ) so should be quite relaxed interview.

Totally forgot about that! I've been too busy freaking out about the needle!

That said, I hate needles and hate the digging out process of the old filling ....yuk !

True....but yours will be over before mine as I did say 3.30 EST not GMT - my interview is 8.30 pm UK time....so when you are sucking a drink through a straw I will be sat sweating !!!

What goes around comes around...... you will be fine.

Thanks Rich mate.... still not sure what the going rate is as the particular role is not on any of the salary sites, but I have gotten details of what the people 'under' me would earn so it gives me an idea anyway.
