The objective is getting the thing in the bag for a reasonable deal, sometime after that the world will be your oyster
Every fisherman needs a boat, get a half decent one with no holes in the hull, and a good engine to start off with, after all you never know what the catch will turn out like.

Re: Second Interview
Only two interviews? That's not very Canadian.
Back in the days when I was job hunting, a couple of the jobs I was up for involved my being interviewed five times.

Re: Second Interview
Just to update the kind people who wished me luck on this one, I have returned to the office to find an email waiting for me suggesting a face to face interview over the next couple of weeks with the company in London, Ontario !!!! They will pay for the flights etc etc, so looks like the least I will get is a nice 5 day trip to see London in the snow.
Still no idea what the money is but at least I havean idea what we can be comfortable on with a small $50k mortgage living over there.

Another one heading for London, sounds very positive
Where in London is your interview, north of the city or in the south !!!
The family were in London in July for 22 days, liked the look and the feel of this place, so this is our place of landing, well hopefully
Hope all goes well mate, keep us all posted

Brilliant mate, just goes to prove that it can be done.
Good luck with the interview!
Wish someone would give me a free holiday like that Keep an eye open whilst you're over there as well, try to line up a couple of more interviews, can't do any harm!
Fingers crossed.
