At the moment, about 60 kms one way. Takes 45-55 minutes.
My other job...well - that depends on where I'm working. Was up in the Soo for last summer/autumn and that was about 700 kms...a 7 1/2 - 8 hour drive.

When I worked in Mississauga years ago I had colleagues commuting from Barrie, Hamilton, even Grimsby.

A walk & bus combination, taking about 20-25 mins door to desk. I don't have a car.

Used to be 110 kms one way; 1.5 hours + plus depending on shift / traffic.

You don't need to be so rude when voicing your opinions! I work retail so I am on my feet for upto 8 hours a day, I have plantus facialitus (sp?) I also walk the dog 30 mins everyday, I just have to be careful how much I am actually walking because if I over do it too much I can't actually walk the next day and as I said in my original post, I usually have something to do straight from work, for example today I will be picking the dog up from the groomers as soon as I'm done, yesterday I had to pick up the kid, tomorrow I will be going to Curves and no doubt I will also pick up some form of grocery item while I'm out and about!

Thanks for the link. I do have the stabbing pains in the morning but by mid afternoon the whole foot takes on a jelly sensation like it's all turning to mush - it isn't but that's what it feels like lol.

10.3km (6.4 miles) either by bus, bike, foot, car pool or drive. Weather depending of course.

25km drive, 99% of the time it takes 23 minutes. There is no traffic really.

Used to take 1 hour to drive 20 kms at rush hour
