A few years back I went to a restaurant just off Regent Street in LondonLondon. It was, apparently, the only place in the UK serving Argentine beef. Man, it was good.

We had superb filet mignon last night. Costco does sell some really good meat.

I bought 6 pork tenderloins at Costco for $20 at the weekend. Enough to make a pretty substantial pork sword methinks

I had a pretty good Steak at Webber's in Chicago as well. There is a good Chicago steak house chain in Toronto called Morton's which is on Avenue Road just north of Bloor.
There are loads of good vegetarian restaurants in Toronto, Commensal is a good one.

Beer Bistro at King & Yonge sells a ridiculous range of beers. Very easy to spend a night in there and the next month's mortgage payment. Glasses to go with the beer as well for most of the European stuff.

Don't know about their steak though, sorry. (Although the mussels were nice).
