People are defending the right to find out the real reason for a crime, with just using mob mentality to determine the cause.

It may be Racist, it may not be racist. Until we know, then we cannot say that it is.

You have said "As long as the accuser proves it is racism ,then it is racism" But it hasn't been proved yet, so using your own logic, we cannot say that it is.

Yet people like R Prasad, make public statements like: "the Australian police made comments that seemed to point towards opportunistic crime and not a race attack; this surely is injustice"

Some Indians seem to have a weird definition of injustice.

Turning your own sentence around:

I see what you mean but you are going to have hard time getting this message through. Some will still deny their origins.

We have Siberian Tigers imported for breeding to North American zoos.
Now there are 3rd generation tigers. You know what it is called? It is still called Siberian Tiger. It is not called American Tiger.
We also have African Americans. You are who you are. You cannot deny.

You might see people barking tree to tree “we don’t want immigrants in our cities”. I wonder how they would feel when a native/aboriginal does something like that to him/her.

You should just ignore the parasites. They will phase out in time. Just try to be a good citizen to Australia and respect others. Teach your children the same thing. When they become future’s judges and ministers, so they know they need to respect all minorities

Your definition of Immigrant differs from the International Organization for Migration.
The IOM state there are more than 200 million migrants around the world today.

Using your definition the entire population of the USA and Australia would be immigrants.

This gives us a total of 330 million (USA 308m + Aus 22m).
This is much more than the total migrants in the entire world, therefore that definition must be wrong.

Whose definition do we go by ? Yours, or the International Organization for Migration. ?

You will find there are very few who say that.

However, there are more who tell people to go home, if they refuse to try to fit into the society here. That is a very different thing to racism, and is generally aimed more at the British, than it would be to Indians.

It is important to lay blame for things at the right door, and not just anywhere.

PS: A person born in Australia is NOT an immigrant.
Immigrant: one that immigrates: as a : a person who comes to a country to take up permanent residence
